The person behind the coach
Before you book a session, hear Rahul's story of resilience in his own words.
You know something needs to change but can't see the way forward. Whether it's you or someone you love, that tension is the starting point. Because healing isn't just about surviving. It's about truly living again.
These are the situations my clients, and their families, were in before we started working together.
Fear of recurrence, loss of identity, self-doubt, and uncertainty about the future. The hardest battles aren't always physical. They're emotional and psychological.
You have a good life on paper, but something feels off. You're going through the motions without real purpose or direction.
Self-doubt, overthinking, fear of failure. You know what you should do, but something keeps pulling you back.
New role, career switch, startup leap, or getting back to work after a break. You need clarity, not more opinions.
Hitting targets, getting promotions, but feeling empty. Achievement without alignment is exhausting.
You're watching a family member or friend go through cancer, illness, or a difficult phase. You want to help but don't know where to start.
You're holding everything together for someone you love. But no one asks how you're doing. The doubt, the exhaustion, the guilt of not doing enough. Caregivers need a support system too.
"Cancer did not just test my body; it transformed how I see life, challenge, and choice."
I founded Bhavodayam in 2024 with a deeply personal mission: to stand beside those who have faced life-altering challenges and help them rediscover strength, meaning, and hope. A brain tumor at 18, seizures, hearing loss, and a brain fistula taught me that the hardest battles aren't always physical. They're emotional and psychological.
I don't offer generic solutions. I offer understanding, empathy, and a guided path forward tailored to each individual's journey. Since 2022, I've partnered with IIT Madras students, Deutsche Bank executives, startup founders, and fellow cancer survivors. Read my full story below.
This isn't a story Rahul tells for sympathy. It's why he can sit with you in your darkest moment and mean it when he says: "I understand."
"An embracer and a thriver in the dark. A conqueror in silence."Rahul Srinivasan
Three areas of focus, one common thread: moving you from where you are to where you want to be.
Reframe limiting beliefs, shift from victim to victor mindset, and build courage, clarity, and confidence from within.
A structured partnership to set meaningful goals, build accountability systems, and turn ambition into action.
Not everyone has a strong support system through illness. I did, and it's a big reason I made it. I can be that system for survivors and caregivers alike.
Every coaching journey is different. Here's what my clients experienced.
Before you book a session, hear Rahul's story of resilience in his own words.
No pressure, no hard sell. Just a conversation to see if this is right for you.
We talk. You share where you are. I share how coaching works. No commitment.
Through deep listening and powerful questions, we surface the beliefs holding you back.
Structured sessions to shift mindset, set goals, and build lasting resilience.
You leave with tools, clarity, and the confidence to keep growing on your own.
Bhavodayam means "the rising of your inner self." Whether it's for you or someone you love, that journey starts with one conversation.
Whether you're reaching out for yourself or for someone you care about, the first step is always the hardest. You don't need to have it figured out. I'm happy to listen.
